The staff helped me immensely after booking.com messed up my reservation, hung up on me, lied and disrespected me as a customer. I would stay again just because of them, Alisha, Mel, and I think Tori. Booking.com however will be forever a company I will never use again. Shame on the company and your customer service.

The price was right. I was looking for an inexpensive hotel to spend a couple nights while visiting friends. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

I go and stay at the Polaris location often just to unwind from the previous week and I am never disappointed. The staff are always pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I always feel safe.
